I was speaking with my mother today about the $700billion bailout for financial institutions and the proposed $31billion for the auto industry--all that compiled with the media's skewed correlative perspective on unemployment rates rising since President-Elect Obama's victory last week. She began to say to me, "Sounds like they are planning it."
I don't know the answer but one can only wonder.
